How TaskRunner protects you

Pay only when the work is done

We hold your payment until you confirm the task is complete. No insurance, no fine print — just escrow.

We hold your payment

When you accept an offer, your payment goes into escrow. The tasker doesn't see a cent until the work is finished.

You confirm the work

Once the tasker marks the task complete, you have 14 days to confirm. After confirming, we release the funds.

Or raise a dispute

Not happy with the result? Raise a dispute within 14 days. We pause the release and review the case before any money moves.

We don't offer insurance — and we won't pretend we do

Some platforms advertise insurance policies that rarely pay out. We chose escrow instead: your money is in our account, not the tasker's, until you say the work is done. That's a stronger guarantee than a claim form.

What counts as a dispute?

If the tasker didn't show, didn't finish the work, or did clearly substandard work, raise a dispute. We'll review messages, photos, and any evidence both parties provide before deciding how the funds are released.
