Unblock and clean skylight/roof drain + remove standing water

Task Details

I have a blocked rainwater drain on a skylight of my groundfloor apartment in Amsterdam. The roof has accumulated leaves, dirt and organic debris from a nearby tree, and there is currently standing water on the roof. I need someone to: Unblock the roof rainwater drain completely Remove the leaves, dirt and debris around the drain Remove the standing water Clean the roof/skylight area thoroughly Check that the drain is flowing properly afterwards The area is accessible from the apartment/balcony and does not require difficult access. I have photos showing the situation. Please quote for the complete job, including any waste removal. I would prefer someone with experience with roof drains / rainwater drainage rather than a general household drain.
